After adapting and creating recipes for my own dairy intolerance for two years, I’ve finally decided to write it all down to share with those like me. All my recipes are dairy free, meaning they are 100% milk-free, lactose-free, casein-free, and whey-free. Therefore, a lot of them also tend to be vegan or paleo diet friendly. A few of my friends and family are also gluten free, so some of my recipes accommodate a gluten-free diet as well.
So whether you’re dairy free, lactose intolerant, or just want to try something new, say f*ck off to dairy and f*ck yes to easy, tasty, I-can’t-believe-it’s-not-dairy meals!
